The Regional Manager – Greater Sydney role within Premier’s Department NSW leads a geographically dispersed team serving Aboriginal communities across the Greater Sydney region. You will provide strategic leadership, stakeholder engagement, and program delivery for OCHRE initiatives, ensuring alignment with policy objectives and measurable community outcomes.
This 2-year temporary position offers Clerk Grade 11/12 remuneration ($154,231 - $178,369 per year), plus superannuation.
The Regional Manager – Greater Sydney, leads teams that work closely with Aboriginal communities, government agencies, the non-government organisation (NGO) sector, and the private sector to support the development, implementation, and ongoing delivery of OCHRE and related initiatives aimed at strengthening Aboriginal communities. The role is responsible for providing strategic leadership and oversight of OCHRE activities, including project management, stakeholder engagement, coordination, liaison, program delivery, monitoring, evaluation, and reporting. In addition, the Regional Manager ensures that projects are aligned with policy objectives, delivered effectively, and achieve measurable outcomes that contribute to long-term community development and capacity building
