Job summary

Coles Group is seeking a Regional Manager for our Regional Queensland Supermarket network. The role will oversee performance and operations across multiple stores, driving revenue and customer experience while enabling Store Managers to lead teams effectively.

You will mentor a large number of store leaders, implement regional retail strategies and drive consistent execution across the region to deliver strong commercial results.

Qualifications

• Proven operational leadership experience across multiple sites varying in size, format and performance.
• A deep understanding of store operations and retail.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire large teams (1000+).
• Strong financial acumen and drive to meet and exceed commercial targets.
• Customer obsessed and continually seek to better understand our diverse customers.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the performance and operational running of multiple stores across a region.
• Enable Store Managers to focus on delivering a store experience where customers are inspired every time they shop.
• Develop the team to maximise business growth and implement the retail strategy within your region.
