Job summary

atWork Australia is seeking a Regional Manager to lead employment services performance across Melbourne, driving delivery, profitability and service excellence. You will lead Service Managers, ensuring contractual obligations are met while strengthening stakeholder relationships with Services Australia and community partners.

You will contribute to growth, forecasting and governance, balancing commercial outcomes with people‑centric leadership in a dynamic, outcomes‑driven environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading teams and/or multiple sites
• Strong understanding of contractual and compliance‑based service delivery environments
• Sound financial and commercial acumen
• Demonstrated capability in leadership, coaching and performance management
• Exceptional stakeholder management and relationship‑building skills
• Strong communication, organisational and decision‑making abilities
• A current Australian Driver's Licence and reliable vehicle

Job description

As Regional Manager , you will hold full operational accountability for the performance, delivery and profitability of employment services contracts across your allocated region.

Leading a team of Service Managers across multiple sites in metro Melbourne, you will drive performance against contractual, financial and quality measures, while strengthening relationships with employers, Services Australia and key community stakeholders. You will represent atWork Australia at a regional level and play a critical role in business growth, client attraction and service excellence.

In this role, you will:

• Lead, coach and develop Service Managers to achieve strong performance and engagement
• Ensure all contractual, compliance, quality and financial obligations are met or exceeded
