Job summary

Downer is seeking a Full Time Regional Co-ordinator based in Edinburgh SA to manage the Regional Warehouse and disposal activities in accordance with DST Warehousing Processes. Baseline Clearance is required and role operates Monday–Friday, with an ASAP start.

You will assist with disposal documentation, analyse data, and coordinate tasks in a team-driven environment. Experience in warehouse and logistics, leadership, and familiarity with Defence IT applications are desirable, with liaison to

Qualifications

Experience in warehouse and logistics operations.
Demonstrated leadership experience.
Defence IT Applications experience highly regarded.
Experience in liaising with Military Units and joint logistic units desirable.

Responsibilities

Assist with disposal activities and tasks including the administration, coordination, and preparation of disposal documentation.
Work collaboratively in a team-based environment actively participating in and contributing to team meetings and exchange information to support the work area and team objectives.
Collect and analyse data and information and help in the preparation of disposal related documentation.
Experience with ERP software
