Zusammenfassung

Powertech Pty Ltd is a Brisbane-based electrical EPC and services provider seeking a Project Lead to act as technical and commercial authority for client enquiries and projects. The role splits time between office and field leadership, focusing on high-voltage systems and regional project delivery.

You will manage client requirements, budgets and tenders while guiding field teams, building client relationships and pursuing new business opportunities in the Eastern Region.

Qualifikationen

• At least five years' experience in a technical or project leadership role.
• Strong experience with high-voltage primary plant and secondary systems.
• Proven leadership to motivate and support field teams.
• Strong client relationship, business development and commercial skills.

Aufgaben

• Lead and support field teams to safely deliver high-quality project outcomes.
• Manage assigned regional projects, client requirements, budgets, invoicing and commercial performance.
• Prepare estimates, scopes of work, RFT/RFQ pricing and tender submissions.
• Provide technical guidance, training and support to field teams.
• Ensure compliance with Powertech and client safety, quality and contractual requirements.
• Build relationships with local suppliers, subcontractors and industry groups.
• Support regional resource planning and growth of Technical Services.
