Acumen Health in Canberra is seeking an experienced Regional Manager to lead both on and off base service delivery across a designated military region, supporting Defence and rehabilitation contracts.

You will build high-performing teams, strengthen Defence stakeholder relationships, and drive KPI performance while ensuring governance, safety, and quality standards and a sustainable P&L. This role offers leadership development and collaboration with Defence personnel within the APM Group.

Qualificações

• Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Psychology, or another relevant Allied Health discipline with current professional registration.
• Minimum 5 years' experience within occupational rehabilitation, injury management or similar
• Strong operational leadership and people management experience, with exceptional communication, coaching, and relationship-building skills
• Demonstrated success managing customers with a commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes for Defence personnel and veterans.
• Experience managing budgets, commercial outcomes, or financial performance metrics.

Responsabilidades

• Lead regional operations, build high-performing teams and strengthen Defence stakeholder relationships.
• Achieve sustainable outcomes for our military members and manage regional KPIs and compliance.
• Promote clinical governance, safety and continuous quality improvement across regions.
• Build relationships with ADF representatives and act as escalation point for complex issues.
• Lead, coach and develop teams; support workforce planning, recruitment, retention and capability development.
• Manage regional P&L, revenue, margin and EBITDA outcomes balancing service quality.
• Represent Acumen Health at customer meetings, contract reviews and industry forums.
