Job summary

Labourforce is seeking experienced HC Truck Drivers for a well-established transport operation based out of Acacia Ridge, Brisbane. The role covers regional runs across North, South and West QLD with some local work.

Shifts start at 6:00am, 10-hour days, Monday to Friday, with potential longer days and occasional weekend work. Drivers will operate a 21,000L tanker and may sleep in the cab on regional runs.

Qualifications

• Valid HC (Heavy Combination) Licence and ability to drive manual transmission trucks.
• Regional driving experience is highly regarded.
• Comfortable with NHVR fatigue management rules and regulatory compliance.
• Strong communication and customer service skills, reliable and safety-focused.
• Willingness to sleep in the truck cab when required and commute to Acacia Ridge.

Responsibilities

• Operate a 21,000L tanker truck with single trailer.
• Complete regional transport runs with occasional local deliveries.
• Deliver to fuel stations, transport companies and commercial customers.
• Sleep in the truck cab during regional runs; manage paperwork and deliveries.
• Maintain time cards and report to Branch Operations Supervisor.
