pladis is looking for a Regional Procurement Buyer to lead Facilities Management sourcing across UK and Europe. You will manage supplier relationships, drive category strategies, and ensure supply continuity and cost optimisation.

Reporting to the Procurement Head for UK and Europe, you will develop regional strategies, build SRM with key suppliers, and collaborate across regional teams to deliver impactful procurement projects and value.

Qualifikationen

• Graduate with indirect procurement experience or qualification.
• Strong negotiation and commercial analytics capabilities.
• Proven ability to build SRM and manage supplier relationships.

Aufgaben

• Develop regional Facilities Management category strategies for UK/Europe.
• Lead end-to-end sourcing for new contracts and ensure compliance with company terms.
• Negotiate terms, liaise with legal and suppliers to maximise value.
• Conduct supplier due diligence and present sourcing strategies to forums.
• Report progress and manage supplier performance across regions.
