Job summary

Beaumont Select Limited is sourcing a Senior Procurement Manager - Capital Development to oversee end-to-end procurement for European data centre developments. The role involves leading sourcing, tendering, and complex negotiations across construction, M&E, and major equipment, with post-award management and supplier performance oversight.

The ideal candidate will have significant data centre or major capex project experience, strong commercial acumen, and familiarity with FIDIC/EPC frameworks.

Qualifications

• Significant senior procurement experience within data centres, construction, infrastructure or major capital projects.
• Experience sourcing construction works and M&E packages.
• Strong commercial and contractual negotiation skills with FIDIC/EPC knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Develop procurement strategies for major data centre construction and infrastructure projects.
• Lead end-to-end sourcing and tendering across packages.
• Negotiate and manage contracts through to award and execution.
• Manage post-award contract management and supplier performance.
• Collaborate with project teams to align procurement with timelines and budgets.
