A leading community service provider is seeking a Regional Employment Coach to support Workforce Australia participants in developing their skills and independence. This role involves collaborating with Employment Coaches across multiple locations and requires demonstrated values in compassion and accountability. The ideal candidate will have at least 2-3 years of experience in employment services. An understanding of local agencies and strong communication skills are essential. This position will be based in Queensland with various community-focused benefits.
Family Services Australia (FSA) is seeking a motivated and energetic Regional Employment Coach (REC) to facilitate and encourage Workforce Australia participants to develop and enhance their independence, employment, social and life skills. The position will be supporting the region, based from Redbank Plains.
Working within FSA’s Integrated Employment Service Model framework, the REC will assist Employment Coaches and participants across multiple locations, filling in at sites on an as need basis due to planned and unplanned staffing vacancies. Our sites in the Wivenhoe region include Redbank Plains, Springfield, Lowood, Fernvale, Toogoolawah and Goodna.
The REC will assist with the continued growth of FSA site/s, which are shared with FSA Disability Employment Services at a number of sites and works with the FSA Health and Wellbeing Service Stream to build participant capacity.
