Job summary

YMCA NSW is seeking a Regional Manager, Children’s Services to lead and inspire teams across Early Learning Centres, OSHC, and Vacation Care on the NSW Central Coast and Newcastle region. You will attend Pennant Hills Head Office fortnightly for leadership meetings and events to align with the Operations Manager and regional teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years' leadership experience in Children's Services or a related field.
• Proven success in multi-site management and team development.
• Strong knowledge of the National Law, Regulations, NQF, MTOP, and EYLF.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and conflict resolution skills.
• Current certifications in First Aid, CPR, Asthma, Anaphylaxis, Child Protection, NSW Working with Children Check, and Driver's Licence.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-site operations to deliver safe, high-quality, and compliant services.
• Mentor and coach Coordinators to uplift service delivery and team performance.
• Ensure all services meet or exceed National Quality Standards (NQS).
• Manage budgets and drive financial performance across sites.
• Build strong relationships with school principals, P&Cs, and community stakeholders.
