Job summary

The Y NSW is seeking a Regional Manager, Children's Services to lead teams across Early Learning Centres, OSHC and Vacation Care on NSW's Central Coast/Newcastle region. You will drive safe, high-quality services, coach coordinators, manage budgets, and ensure NQS compliance.

Based at the Central Coast with fortnightly meetings at the Pennant Hills Head Office, you will partner with HR, finance, risk, and marketing to safeguard children and engage school principals, P&Cs, and community

Qualifications

Minimum 3+ years' leadership experience in Children's Services or a related field.
Proven success in multi-site management and team development.
Strong knowledge of the National Law, Regulations, NQF, MTOP, and EYLF.

Responsibilities

Lead multi-site operations to deliver safe, high-quality, and compliant services.
Mentor and coach Coordinators to uplift service delivery and team performance.
Ensure all services meet or exceed National Quality Standards (NQS).
Manage budgets and drive financial performance across sites.
Build strong relationships with school principals, P&Cs, and community stakeholders.
Champion child safety, wellbeing, and safeguarding practices.
Collaborate with internal teams including HR, finance, risk, and marketing.
