Job summary

Arthrex APAC is seeking a proven sales leader to head an established DEX/Trauma sales team across South Australia and Western Australia. You will execute commercial strategy, grow market share, and develop talent through hands‑on leadership and surgeon engagement.

You will recruit and coach a high‑performing team, forecast demand, and drive cross‑functional collaboration to deliver successful product launches within the Sports Medicine portfolio.

Qualifications

• Proven success in sales leadership within DEX, Trauma, Sports Medicine, Orthopaedics, or the medical device industry.
• Strategic mindset with ability to identify opportunities and influence outcomes.
• Excellent communication, organization and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to collaborate across functions and develop territorial business plans.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high‑performing DEX/Trauma sales team across your region.
• Recruit, onboard, coach, and retain top sales talent.
• Forecast sales and support demand planning.
• Drive CRM discipline with pipeline management and reporting.
• Partner with Marketing, Education and Operations to deliver product launches and campaigns.
• Maintain strong surgeon engagement and field presence to achieve targets.
