Troocoo is exclusively partnering with a well-established distribution business seeking an experienced Regional DC Manager to lead a network of distribution operations across Northern Australia. This is a rare opportunity to step into a senior leadership role with responsibility beyond a single facility.

You will oversee multiple sites, lead large leadership teams and own the commercial and operational performance of the region.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of warehousing, distribution, logistics, or supply chain operations.
• Experience leading multiple distribution centres, regions or large networks.
• Proven P&L ownership and strong commercial acumen.
• Extensive ERP/WMS experience with SAP/Pronto.

Responsibilities

• Lead the operational performance of multiple distribution facilities across Northern Australia.
• Maintain full accountability for regional P&L, budgets and cost management.
• Develop and implement initiatives focused on operational excellence and continuous improvement.
• Establish robust reporting frameworks, KPIs and performance metrics across the network.
• Drive improvements across inventory management, stock accuracy and warehouse efficiency.
• Identify and implement systems, technology and process improvement opportunities.
• Lead workforce planning, labour optimisation and resource allocation.
• Develop high-performing leadership teams and drive a culture of accountability.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality and operational standards across all locations.
• Partner with senior stakeholders to support strategic business objectives and future growth.

The successful candidate will oversee multiple operational sites, lead large leadership teams and take ownership of the commercial and operational performance of the region.

With responsibility for more than 80 employees across multiple locations, this role requires a highly analytical and commercially astute leader who can leverage data, systems and continuous improvement initiatives to drive performance and support future growth.

• 15+ years' experience within warehousing, distribution, logistics or supply chain operations
• Proven experience leading multiple distribution centres, regions or large operational networks
• Demonstrated P&L ownership and strong commercial acumen
• Significant experience managing large workforces across multiple sites
• Advanced analytical capability with a data-driven approach to decision making
• Proven track record delivering measurable continuous improvement outcomes
• Experience implementing operational transformation, systems or process improvement initiatives
• Strong ERP and WMS expertise, with SAP, Pronto or similar platforms highly regarded
• Extensive inventory management experience within high-volume, high-SKU environments
• Exceptional leadership, stakeholder management and communication skills
