Job summary

Recruitmenthub is seeking a Regional Coordinator - Youth Services based in Alice Springs, NT, with overnight stays in remote Indigenous communities across the MacDonnell region. You will lead and mentor regional Youth Services teams, ensuring programs meet funding requirements and safety standards while building strong community relationships.

You will drive service improvements, support workforce development, and coordinate across diverse communities, cultures and boards.

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams within youth, community, or human services.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively across diverse communities.
• Organised, proactive, and solutions-focused approach.
• Current Driver's Licence and willingness to travel across the region.

Responsibilities

We’re looking for 2 x Regional Coordinator - Youth Services to provide leadership and support across youth programs in remote communities throughout the MacDonnell Region. This is an opportunity to step into a role where your leadership will directly impact the lives of young people while working alongside passionate teams and communities.

In this position you will be based in Alice Springs, with an expectation that you will spend overnight time in remote Indigenous communities in the MacDonnell Local Government area.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Supporting and mentoring Youth Services Coordinators and local teams
