Job summary

Job Pathways is seeking a dynamic Chief Operations Officer to lead operational performance across its regional programs and sites. The COO will translate strategy into high‑quality service delivery and oversee governance, compliance and financial performance.

Based in Kununurra, WA, with regular travel across the Kimberley, you will drive service growth, workforce capability and risk management while partnering with the CEO, Board and senior leadership to advance outcomes for communities.

Qualifications

• Proven success leading multi-site operations in regional or remote environments.
• Experience managing government-funded contracts, including compliance and audits.
• Strong financial stewardship, budgeting and procurement capabilities.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement with government, funders and communities.
• Experience guiding operational change, growth and service delivery improvements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operational performance of all Job Pathways programs and sites.
• Translate strategic direction into consistent, high‑quality service delivery.
• Lead service improvement, integration and growth initiatives.
• Manage workforce capability, budgeting, and risk across Kimberley sites.
• Advise CEO and Board, ensuring contractual performance and compliance.
