Job summary

Homes NSW is seeking a Senior Program Officer to oversee construction projects across the full lifecycle, from planning and procurement to governance and delivery, reporting to the Senior Manager, Building Services. You will work with government agencies, consultants, contractors and communities to deliver quality housing outcomes aligned with Homes NSW priorities, with regional travel as required.

The role requires a strong background in construction project management, procurement, and budget

Qualifications

• Experience in construction project management and governance.
• Experience running procurement processes and managing budgets across multiple projects.
• Ability to report to senior stakeholders and build relationships with agencies and contractors.
• Willingness to regional travel as required by the business.

Responsibilities

• Manage project risks and governance processes, provide advice and reporting to senior stakeholders.
• Deliver construction (capital works) for Teacher and Police Housing.
• Collaborate with government agencies, consultants, contractors and community stakeholders to achieve housing outcomes.
• Oversee budgets and programs across multiple projects with strong governance.
