Firmus Technologies is seeking a seasoned Community Engagement Partner to drive regional engagement strategies across designated states in Australia. You will build trusted partnerships with government, industry, education providers and local organisations, translating community priorities into delivery plans and long-term value.

The role spans the asset development lifecycle, ensuring governance and informed executive decisions.

Qualifications

• Relevant tertiary qualifications or equivalent senior-level experience.
• At least 10 years’ experience in community engagement or related fields.
• Proven ability to establish and sustain partnerships across sectors.
• Experience advising executives on complex stakeholder matters and risk.
• Experience designing place-based engagement strategies and programs.
• Strong written, verbal, facilitation and presentation skills.
• Ability to influence and align diverse interests in ambiguous environments.
• Commercial and governance acumen; strong time management and reporting.

Responsabilités

• Set and lead regional engagement and partnerships strategy.
• Build partnerships with local government, industry, education and community leaders.
• Create forums for collaboration on regional opportunities and outcomes.
• Advise executives on stakeholder dynamics and risks.
• Lead engagement across planning, construction and operations phases.
• Govern and evaluate partnership investments and grants program.
• Prepare executive briefings and decision papers.
• Represent Firmus in senior stakeholder meetings and forums.
