NSW Health in Hunter New England Health district seeks a Clinical Nurse Educator on a temporary part-time basis to support staff development across Hunter Valley, Kurri Kurri, Cessnock, Scone, Singleton and Muswellbrook. The role offers flexible start times, travel between sites, and collaboration with an established CNE to coordinate regional education.

• Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration.
• Experience in community nursing or clinical education preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to travel between sites and work across multiple teams.

Responsabilidades

• Provide education, training and support across multiple sites.
• Support nursing, allied health and administration staff.
• Facilitate mandatory education and maintain competencies.
• Identify learning needs and deliver targeted education.
• Deliver service-specific education to improve workforce capability.
• Assist with clinical competencies and staff development.
• Participate in audits and implement improvements.
• Collaborate with the CNE to coordinate region-wide education.
