Job summary
Latrobe Regional Health is seeking a Cancer Services Improvement Coordinator to lead regional cancer service improvement projects across Gippsland, collaborating with clinicians, health services and community stakeholders. Qualifications
- Demonstrated project management experience with delivering outcomes within timelines.
- Experience in healthcare, understanding service delivery and stakeholder engagement.
- Strong analytical, communication and relationship-building abilities.
- Knowledge of quality improvement, clinical governance and performance monitoring.
- Ability to interpret healthcare data to support decision-making.
Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate cancer service improvement projects aligning with regional/state priorities.
- Monitor, evaluate and report on project outcomes and service improvements.
- Collaborate with clinicians, health services, consumers and stakeholders to identify care delivery opportunities.
- Analyse cancer service data and support Optimal Care Pathways alignment.
- Prepare governance reports, presentations and recommendations for internal/external groups.
- Undertake service mapping and planning to strengthen regional cancer services.
