Job summary

Heidelberg Materials Group in Victoria is seeking a Business Analyst to support the Regional General Manager and Management Team with accurate management information, data consolidation and timely reporting across the Southern Region.

You will develop and maintain financial models, assist in budgets and forecasts, monitor capital expenditure, and strengthen internal controls while building strong relationships with internal customers and head office functions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in data collection and analysis or similar.
• Degree in a relevant field is required.
• Strong SAP and Excel modelling proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, consolidate and review monthly management reports at plant and regional levels.
• Investigate variances between actual, budget and forecast results.
• Support capital expenditure reviews and financial modelling.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasts and risk assessment tools.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and policies.
