Imagine Education Group is seeking an experienced Area Manager to support Centre Directors across South Australia. The role requires regular travel to centres, mentoring leaders, and ensuring adherence to the National Quality Framework.

You will drive operational systems, oversee budgets, and foster strong relationships with staff and families while promoting high-quality educational programs.

Qualifications

• Experience as an Area Manager responsible for multiple childcare services.
• Willingness to travel regularly by road or air.
• Proven leadership and people management skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Centre Directors across dispersed sites to implement operational systems.
• Mentor centre leaders and staff on EYLF/NQF implementation and engaging programs.
• Manage budgets and expenditures within guidelines; ensure reporting is timely.
• Maintain positive relationships with staff, families and external agencies.
• Protect consistent delivery of high-quality service and compliance with policies and frameworks.
• Support professional development and performance goals across centres.
