Job summary

CatholicCare NT is seeking a Regional Administration Officer to deliver high-quality administrative services in the Tennant Creek region. You will supervise reception, oversee property and equipment, and ensure WHS compliance while handling finance, correspondence and communications systems.

The role requires at least 2 years in a busy reception/administrative environment, with strong organisational and interpersonal skills to work with diverse communities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a busy reception role providing admin support.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise tasks.
• Excellent written and spoken communication across diverse groups.
• Ability to manage facilities, assets and equipment records.

Responsibilities

• Provide high quality administration services to support CatholicCare NT programs in Tennant Creek.
• Supervise reception of clients and visitors and manage front-desk activities.
• Attend to property, equipment, assets and vehicles as required.
• Ensure Work Health and Safety compliance across site operations.
• Manage finance, correspondence and communication systems and processes.
