Rivina Recruitment is seeking a Refrigeration Service Technician to service and repair commercial refrigeration and HVAC systems in Brisbane. The role offers varied breakdown and service work, practical independence, and support from experienced managers and colleagues.

You will attend reactive breakdowns, diagnose faults, replace components and perform servicing, with on-call duties rotating roughly one week in eight.

Qualifications

• Certificate III in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration is required.
• Ability to fault-find, diagnose and repair commercial refrigeration systems.
• Ability to work independently and seek support when needed.
• Clear communication, reliable follow-through and pride in workmanship.

What’s on offer

• Up to $60 per hour, depending on relevant capability and experience.

The work

You’ll attend reactive refrigeration breakdowns, diagnose faults, replace components and carry out repairs and servicing. You’ll communicate clearly with customers and the service team, complete the required records and adapt as daily priorities change.

Participation in the agreed refrigeration on-call roster is part of the role. The current brief describes a rotation of approximately one week in eight, with standby and call-out payments. The final roster and payment arrangements will be discussed during the process.
