Job summary

Gladstone Refrigeration & Air Conditioning is seeking a qualified Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Technician to join our professional and supportive team in the Gladstone region. This full-time role offers above-average wages negotiated on experience and includes a company vehicle, fuel card, and ongoing training.

• Current Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Licence.
• Current Restricted Electrical Licence (or ability to obtain).
• Current Driver's Licence.
• Strong fault-finding and diagnostic abilities.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong commitment to safety and quality workmanship.
• Commercial HVAC experience highly regarded.
• ARCtick Refrigerant Handling Licence.

Responsibilities

• Service, maintenance, fault-finding, repairs and installations across a range of residential, commercial and light industrial refrigeration and air conditioning systems throughout the Gladstone region.

About the Role

This is a full-time position working 38 hours per week, Monday to Friday from 8:00am to 4:00pm, with occasional overtime as required.

The successful applicant will be responsible for servicing, maintenance, fault finding, repairs and installations across a variety of residential, commercial and light industrial refrigeration and air conditioning systems throughout the Gladstone region.

You will work alongside a highly skilled team while enjoying a varied workload and the opportunity to further develop your technical skills.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Current Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Licence

• Current Restricted Electrical Licence (or ability to obtain)
