Job summary

Belgravia Leisure, in partnership with Genesis Fitness, is seeking enthusiastic Reformer Pilates Instructors to join our team across Australia. We welcome new graduates with reformer training and value your passion for helping clients achieve their fitness goals.

You will lead high-quality reformer Pilates sessions, ensure safety, deliver excellent customer service, and participate in ongoing in-house training. A Working with Children check and appropriate fitness certifications are required.

Qualifications

• Customer service focus with strong communication.
• Program Certification in Reformer Pilates required.
• Working with Children's Check required.
• Senior First Aid and CPR certificates current.
• Infection Control Training (COVID-19) completed.
• Commitment to in-house training and ongoing development.
• Police check to be completed as part of employment.
• Passion for helping others and positive attitude.
• Availability to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead safe, engaging Reformer Pilates classes.
• Deliver clear instruction and observe participant safety.
• Assist with class setup and equipment maintenance.
• Provide excellent customer service and support.
• Participate in in-house training and team meetings.
