Job summary
Alcoa Australia is seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to lead a skilled Electrical and Instrumentation team at the Pinjarra Refinery. The role reports to the Electrical Superintendent and operates in a site-based shift pattern, days and nights, to ensure safe and reliable maintenance outcomes.
You will drive planning and scheduling, support continuous improvement, and develop your team. A current WA A-Grade Electrical Licence and industrial maintenance leadership experience are
Qualifications
- Electrical or Electrical/Instrumentation trade qualification with a current WA A-Grade Electrical Licence.
- Proven leadership experience within an industrial maintenance environment.
- Experience with maintenance planning, scheduling and work management.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a team of Electrical and Instrumentation tradespeople to deliver safe maintenance outcomes.
- Drive work planning and scheduling to align resources with priorities.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and minor projects across the refinery.
- Build team capability through coaching and mentoring, fostering accountability.
- Coordinate maintenance activities with Operations and other disciplines to optimise plant performance.
- Develop detailed work packs with labour, equipment, materials and cost estimates.
