Queensland Government’s Reef Compliance and Regulation leadership team seeks a Compliance Delivery Manager to lead a dedicated professional team delivering farm compliance inspections and permit assessments to ensure agricultural producers meet regulated practice standards.

You will guide enforcement recommendations, manage complex environmental issues, mentor staff, and engage with industry partners to advance regulatory outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team tasked with delivering farm compliance inspections and permit assessments to ensure agricultural producers and advisors meet regulated practice standards.
• Provide guidance on environmental risks and enforcement actions, and develop strategies to address risk management and complex environmental issues.
• Mentor and train staff to enable capability uplift and effective stakeholder engagement with industry partners.
• Support First Nations Priority Consideration initiatives and engage with stakeholders to deliver key projects across the program.
