Job summary

Reddy Express on the Gold Coast is seeking a Customer Service Representative to create positive guest experiences and ensure the store remains clean, stocked and welcoming. You will multi-task in a fast-paced environment and assist guests with product information and promotions.

You'll be on your feet for long periods, with some lifting, and be available for flexible hours including weekends. Australian working rights and a police clearance are preferred for this role.

About the Role

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be focused on providing great customer experiences and will ensure the store is always clean, stocked and welcoming for our Guests. This is a fast‑paced job where being able to multi‑task and manage your time is essential.

• You are comfortable working alone as well as within a team
• You’ll be on your feet for long periods of time and may require moderate to heavy lifting and reaching.
