Job summary

OTR Group's Reddy Express is seeking a Customer Service Representative to deliver outstanding service to guests at our Darebin store. You will help customers find products, answer questions, and ensure the store is clean, stocked and welcoming.

This fast-paced role requires the ability to multitask, work well in a team or alone, and adapt to flexible hours including late nights, early mornings and weekends. A positive attitude and willingness to learn our wide range of products is essential.

Qualifications

• Customer service oriented with ability to multitask in a busy retail setting.
• Able to work both independently and within a team.
• Physically able to stand for long periods and perform moderate lifting as needed.
• Willing to work flexible hours including late nights, early mornings and weekends.

About The Role

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be focused on providing great customer experiences and will ensure the store is always clean, stocked and welcoming for our Guests. This is a fast-paced job where being able to multi-task and manage your time is essential.

About You & Your Skills

• You are focused on providing outstanding customer service
• You are comfortable working alone as well as within a team
• You’ll be on your feet for long periods of time and may require moderate to heavy lifting and reaching.
• You have the availability to work flexible hours (including late nights, early mornings and weekends)
• Be willing to learn and promote our wide range of products and specials

The successful candidate will be required to confirm their Australian working rights, as well as provide a current police clearance certificate.
