Job summary

Reddy Express is seeking a Customer Service Representative to deliver outstanding guest experiences, maintain a clean, well-stocked store, and promote products. This role requires you to work in a fast-paced environment, stay on your feet for long periods, and be flexible with hours, including weekends and late/early shifts.

You will interact with customers, assist with product information, and help ensure the store is welcoming and organized at all times.

About the Role

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be focused on providing great customer experiences and will ensure the store is always clean, stocked and welcoming for our Guests. This is a fast-paced job where being able to multi-task and manage your time is essential.

• You are comfortable working alone as well as within a team
• You’ll be on your feet for long periods of time and may require moderate to heavy lifting and reaching.
