Reddy Express is seeking a Customer Service Representative to deliver excellent guest experiences in a fast-paced retail setting. You will help keep the store clean, stocked and inviting, while engaging customers with product knowledge and promotions.

The role requires standing for long periods, willingness to work flexible hours including weekends, and the ability to work both in a team and independently to support store operations.

About the Role

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be focused on providing great customer experiences and will ensure the store is always clean, stocked and welcoming for our Guests. This is a fast-paced job where being able to multi-task and manage your time is essential.

• You are focused on providing outstanding customer service
• You are comfortable working alone as well as within a team
• You’ll be on your feet for long periods of time and may require moderate to heavy lifting and reaching.
• You have the availability to work flexible hours (including late nights, early mornings and weekends)
• Be willing to learn and promote our wide range of products and specials
