• You must be at least 15 years of age (16 in QLD).
• Willing to complete a National Police check.
• Completing an induction into the organisation and Retail program is required.

What does a typical day look like in a Shop?

In your 4-hour shift (or more if you like) you’ll be doing a variety of tasks like:

• Welcoming and engaging customers
• Processing transactions through point of sale, including cash and eftpos payments
• Sorting and pricing donations
• Creating vibrant displays to attract shoppers
• Keeping the shop clean and tidy
• Following all shop processes

• Flexible and willing to do any of the shop tasks
• Commitment to your nominated shift
