Job summary

Indigeco Pty Ltd. is seeking a Recruitment Team Coach to coach, develop and support the recruitment team while overseeing delivery across key accounts.

The role blends recruiter coaching, delivery and key account management to develop consultants, improve performance and ensure high-quality outcomes. You will work closely with consultants on live roles, guiding sourcing strategies, candidate engagement, job management and client delivery in a dynamic, Indigenous‑owned recruitment business with

Qualifications

• 2–3 years recruitment experience, ideally in agency, Talent Acquisition or high-volume setting.
• Experience leading, coaching and mentoring recruitment teams.
• Hands-on training delivery with team training experience is required.
• Proven ability to manage high-volume campaigns, multiple vacancies and competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Coach, train and develop Recruitment Consultants to improve capability and performance.
• Conduct regular one-on-one coaching, reviews and development sessions.
• Provide hands-on coaching across sourcing, candidate engagement, screening and submissions.
• Oversee recruitment delivery across key accounts and maintain client relationships.
• Prioritise vacancies and monitor delivery, pipelines and outcomes.
• Review submissions and coach on quality improvements.
• Support recruitment activity and manager recruitment tasks as needed.
• Oversee onboarding, pre-employment checks and client compliance.
