Job summary

ISS Facility Services Australia and New Zealand is seeking a Recruitment Operations Manager to lead the operational delivery of recruitment services across a large workforce. You will guide Senior Recruitment Leads, optimise processes, and partner with operational leaders to drive workforce planning and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience leading recruitment functions in large, complex or matrix organisations.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment operations, workforce planning and service delivery.
• Proven track record of building and developing high-performing recruitment teams.
• Analytical capability to leverage workforce data and market insights for outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead the operational delivery of recruitment services across an assigned portfolio.
• Translate recruitment strategy into operational priorities and workforce plans.
• Build team capability through coaching, mentoring and consistent ways of working.
• Develop proactive talent attraction and pipelining strategies for high-volume needs.
• Coordinate recruitment support for contract mobilisations and workforce transitions.
• Monitor recruitment demand, resource allocation, pipeline performance and service delivery outcomes.
• Drive process optimisation and support recruitment technology and transformation initiatives.
• Use workforce data and market intelligence to inform decision-making and continuous improvement.
• Ensure recruitment service levels and customer expectations are consistently achieved.
• Build strong relationships with operational leaders and People & Culture stakeholders.
