Job summary

Yancoal Australia Ltd is seeking a Recruitment Officer to join our HR team in the Mid-Western region. The successful candidate will coordinate end-to-end recruitment, from advertising to onboarding, and support hiring managers in workforce planning.

The role requires strong communication, organisation, and HR administrative experience, with a focus on delivering a positive candidate experience in a busy mining environment. This is a full-time, on-site opportunity in NSW, Australia.

Responsibilities

• Prepare employment documentation, including contracts, offer letters, and onboarding materials.
• Manage pre-employment requirements and onboarding processes.
• Maintain accurate recruitment and HR records and reporting.
• Support talent attraction initiatives and continuous improvement of recruitment processes.

Job Tasks And Responsibilities

MCO is seeking applications for a newly created Recruitment Officer role. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and organised individual to join our HR team and play a key role in attracting and securing talent across our operation.

Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Specialist, the Recruitment Officer will coordinate end-to-end recruitment activities, provide exceptional candidate and hiring manager support, and contribute to building a positive employment brand.

Key Responsibilities

• Has previous experience in recruitment, HR, administration, or a related field.
• Is proficient in Microsoft Office and HR systems, with SuccessFactors experience highly regarded.
• Is passionate about delivering a positive candidate experience.
