Responsibilities
  • Co-ordinate recruitment activities from job ads and candidate sourcing through to interviews, reference checks, and offers.
  • Support onboarding by preparing contracts and ensuring all compliance documents are complete.
  • Build strong relationships with hiring managers and provide a positive candidate experience.
  • Maintain and optimise recruitment systems and processes.
  • Contribute to People & Culture projects, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Champion safe, inclusive, and collaborative workplace practices.
