Healthcare Australia is seeking an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join the Homecare team in Brisbane. You will manage end-to-end recruitment for Homecare Support Workers, from attraction and screening to onboarding, working closely with operations to align workforce with demand.

As a Recruitment Consultant, you'll manage the end-to-end recruitment of Homecare Support Workers, from attraction and screening through to onboarding. Working closely with operational teams, you'll develop talent pipelines, identify new sourcing opportunities, and ensure workforce supply meets customer demand.

We're looking for a motivated recruitment professional with experience in healthcare, aged care, community services or a similar sector. Strong relationship-building skills, excellent organisation, and the ability to manage multiple priorities will be key to your success in this fast-paced and rewarding role.

Day to day you will...

• Building and nurturing long-term client relationships to support growth
• Proactively sourcing, screening, and managing candidates through multiple channels
• Providing candidates with advice on market trends, salary levels, and career opportunities
• Managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from advertising to placement
• Meeting agreed KPIs and contributing to team targets
