Responsibilities

• Full 360-degree recruitment including new business development and account management.
• Source, interview candidates and manage recruitment process.
• Write job advertisements and negotiate offers with candidates and clients.
• Build relationships with PSA clients and potential new clients.
• Attend networking events and present at company and client events.
• Develop and maintain domain knowledge in the recruitment space.
• Ensure outstanding service across the workspace.

You will be set up for success from the outset with a strong PSA client base, an extensive network built up across 12 years and an already significant, yet continuously growing, market share in Sydney.

About the Role

Recruitment Consultant

$80,000-$100,000 (negotiable) per annum + superannuation

Multiple positions are available

Job duties:

• Full 360-degree focus, new business development, account management and candidate talent pooling
• Sourcing and interviewing qualified candidates and managing them through the recruitment process
• Writing job advertisements
• Negotiating job offers with candidates & clients
• Working closely with existing and potential client contacts to intimately understand their respective business and to be ahead of the curve with their recruitment needs; this will include both account management of key PSA clients, as well as business development of new clients
• Developing and maintaining expert knowledge within the space
• Ensuring that the space you will work in receives the highest possible level of service
• Attending/running regular networking events, presenting at company and client events and partnering with external organisations within the industry.
