Protech is seeking a driven and proactive Recruitment Consultant to join our Adelaide Branch. In this role, you’ll be recruiting for South Australia's largest infrastructure project — the biggest in the Southern Hemisphere. This is a rare opportunity to elevate your career while contributing to a landmark development that will shape the future of the region.

You’ll be based on-site, with a hot desk right where the action is happening — giving you direct access to project teams, real-time insights, and the energy of a once-in-a-generation build.

You’ll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to candidates and clients, making accurate, safe and methodical recruitment decisions to deliver on Quality People. Every Time.

You will thrive in a fast-paced environment where quality, care and consistency matter. From sourcing and screening to placement and candidate care, you’ll play a key role in connecting great work with great people while upholding Protech's high standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare, write, and publish job advertisements across job boards and social media platforms.
  • Source and identify suitable candidates using online platforms and proactive talent strategies.
  • Conduct high-volume screening, interviews, reference checks, and coordinate interview confirmations with clients.
  • Build and maintain candidate pools through ongoing market research and engagement.
  • Review candidate qualifications and experience to ensure alignment with role and client requirements.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the recruitment database.
  • Provide timely updates to stakeholders on recruitment progress and candidate status.
  • Deliver high-quality candidate care, ensuring a smooth, professional and timely experience throughout the recruitment process.
