The Opportunity

Based from our Milton office, Ringwood office (or another location near one of our offices), you will be joining a key team in supporting MEGT’s Recruitment and Management Services (RMS) Division.

In this fast-paced role, you’ll manage high-volume, end-to-end recruitment of apprentices and trainees, connecting quality candidates - including those from disadvantaged groups - with host employers across a mix of blue and white-collar industries.

You’ll deliver a recruitment experience that’s people-focused and fully compliant, working flexibly with a wide variety of stakeholders - from young people entering the workforce for the first time to businesses with evolving workforce needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from Job Order through to placement
  • Source, assess and match candidates with host employers across various industries
  • Proactively reverse market candidates to current, inactive and new host employers
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with host employers, candidates, and internal stakeholders
  • Engage confidently with a diverse range of people, including young people, First Nations candidates, and individuals from varied backgrounds
  • Develop and maintain active talent pools aligned to business needs
  • Provide an exceptional candidate experience and high-quality customer service
  • Provide follow-up support to candidates for their first month of employment
  • Maintain accurate, compliant recruitment records and ensure data integrity across systems
  • Adhere strictly to all compliance, audit, and reporting requirements

You will play a central role in delivering MEGT’s purpose: supporting individuals, businesses and communities through meaningful employment and lifelong learning.

  • Proven experience with high-volume and end-to-end recruitment
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills
  • Ability to engage with diverse stakeholders
  • Strong understanding of recruitment practices, compliance, and industry regulations
  • Highly organised with strong time management and attention to detail
  • Able to work autonomously and collaboratively within a team environment
  • Proficient with recruitment systems and CRM
