About the Role:

In this critical role, you’ll be the driving force behind sourcing and supporting candidates into apprenticeships and traineeships across seven diverse businesses within the IntoWork Australia group. Based at our Welshpool office on a fixed-term contract until January 2027, you’ll work closely with a wide range of industries—bringing proactive recruitment strategies to life and identifying where we can do better, together.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, attract, and engage quality candidates for apprenticeships and traineeships.
• Partner with local businesses to understand their current and future workforce needs.
• Challenge and improve existing recruitment practices—bring a fresh, forward-thinking lens to process and strategy.
• Use best-in-class recruitment technology and platforms to enhance efficiency.
• Support and contribute to broader recruitment strategy and workforce development initiatives.

About You:

• Demonstrated end-to-end recruitment experience (agency or internal).
• Confident communicator with strong relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable challenging outdated processes and leading with fresh ideas.
• Proactive and solutions-focused
• Able to balance operational delivery with a strategic view.
• Previous experience with apprenticeships/traineeships or blue-collar recruitment will be highly regarded.
