G'day Group is seeking a recruiter to support large-scale seasonal campaigns across our multi-site Hospitality portfolio. You will source candidates for Management, Chefs and key staff, build talent pipelines, and manage end-to-end candidate screening and reference checks across remote sites.
Ideal candidates bring 2+ years in recruitment (agency or in-house), with strong stakeholder management and a proactive, continuous improvement mindset to drive hiring outcomes in a fast-paced environment.

Reporting to the Senior Manager - Learning and Talent, this role will assist with large-scale seasonal recruitment campaigns across the G'day Group's multi-site Hospitality portfolio. This role requiring expertise, resilience, creativity and the ability to operate confidently within a complex, high-volume operational environment.
