What you'll be doing

The purpose of this position is to provide an effective and efficient end to end recruitment and establishment function in the Transactional Services Team for all SCHN staff. The position will be responsible for processing the applications for recruitment within SCHN, while monitoring and maintaining the agreed establishment service level and position reporting lines. In addition, this position will be required to provide administrative support to other Workforce functions.

About You

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Has previous experience working in a Human Resources or recruitment environment for a large, complex organisation.
  • Demonstrates ability to work in a high volume and demanding environment with proven capacity to manage concurrent activities of a diverse nature.
  • Has excellent verbal and written communication skills and proven ability to develop interpersonal relationships with all levels of staff and external parties.
