Job summary

Communicare is seeking a dynamic Recruitment Advisor to join the People and Culture team. This permanent full-time role (76 hours per fortnight) is based in Cannington, WA, working to deliver efficient, client‑centric end-to-end recruitment and seamless onboarding of new talent.

You will lead recruitment campaigns, manage talent pools, administer contracts and support HR systems while contributing to policy improvements and reporting. Applications close 16 October 2026.

Qualifications

  • Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources Management or relevant experience
  • Experience with HR Information systems HRIS
  • Intermediate computer, numeracy and literacy skills
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise tasks

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process: advertise, search, screen, shortlisting, interviewing, onboarding
  • Maintain and manage talent pools with leaders for placements
  • Engage with candidates through recruitment campaigns for opportunities
  • Administer employment contracts and update HR systems and registers

We are in search of a dynamic Recruitment Advisor to join our People and Culture team. As a Recruitment Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in delivering efficient, client-centric end-to-end recruitment services and ensuring the seamless integration of new talent into our organisation.

This is a permanent full-time position working 76 hours per fortnight and is located in Cannington.

What You'll Bring or About You

As a Recruitment Advisor, the key responsibilities are:

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including advertising, direct searches, phone screening, shortlisting, interviewing, compliance checks, and onboarding
  • Maintain and manage talent pools, ensuring candidates are reviewed with leaders for suitable placements
  • Proactively engage with potential candidates through recruitment campaigns to discuss current and future opportunities
  • Administer employment contracts, ensuring HR systems, registers, and stakeholders are updated accordingly.
  • Assist with process improvements and policy reviews
  • Prepare reports and metrics, identifying trends and recommending strategies.
  • Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources Management or relevant experience
  • Current unrestricted drivers' licence
  • Relevant experience in a similar role, including recruitment, onboarding, award interpretation and HR Administration
  • Experience with the administration of Recruitment and HR Information systems
  • Intermediate computer, numeracy and literacy skills
  • Intermediate organisational skills with the ability to prioritise competing tasks
  • Knowledge of employment legislation, awards, Occupational Health and Safety and Equal Employment Opportunity
  • Satisfactory Police clearance (not older than 6 months from the issue date)
