Job summary

Talent Corp in Melbourne is seeking an experienced Recruitment Adviser to join a busy People & Culture team within the Victorian Public Sector. This role is hands-on and highly transactional, managing activity across portfolios and supporting hiring managers through the end-to-end process. The contract is for 3 months VPS4, with an emphasis on timely recruitment workflows, accurate records, and strong stakeholder relationships. Experience with SAP SuccessFactors is essential.

This is a hands-on, highly transactional recruitment role where you will manage recruitment activity across multiple portfolios, support hiring managers throughout the end-to-end recruitment process, and ensure recruitment workflows are completed accurately and within required timeframes. It is a 3 months VPS 4 contract role.

Working within a collaborative recruitment team, you will:

• Partner with hiring managers to provide recruitment advice and support.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including selection, contract generation and onboarding.
• Process recruitment workflows accurately and efficiently to support strong time-to-hire outcomes.
• Support managers to navigate recruitment processes, policies and requirements.
• Respond to a range of recruitment queries and requests while providing a high level of customer service.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records and HR system data.
• Contribute to continuous improvement across recruitment systems, processes and practices.

You will bring:

• Strong experience managing recruitment service delivery, including pre- and post-onboarding activities within Vic Government - must have
• Experience managing recruitment across multiple portfolios.
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• The ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors, particularly Recruitment and Onboarding modules - must have
• An understanding of the legislative and industrial frameworks applying within the Victorian Public Service.
