Prospero Teaching is delighted to be recruiting a Recruitment Account Manager to join our Cardiff team!

You will be working within the education sector supplying excellent handpicked and carefully selected Teaching professionals across the Cardiff area while building strong links across all departments with key stakeholders.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Resourcing and registering qualified teaching professionals
• Speaking to clients to identify needs and work within set timescales
• Advertising jobs, CV searching, and registrations
• Working with the team to fill bookings
• Supporting with candidate mailers

What we are looking for:

• Driven, hungry, and motivated individuals with a 'winning' attitude!
• Willingness to learn
• Strong written and communication skills
• Positive and 'can do' attitude

Experience within a similar role, B2B sales role, or experience working in education is desirable.
