Scene to Believe is seeking a Recruiter to support Area Managers with high-volume seasonal recruitment across our Christmas photography sets in Australia and New Zealand. You’ll manage candidate communications, track progress, and ensure a warm, professional experience for every candidate.

You’ll work closely with Area Managers, Talent & Capability, and central support functions to place the right people at the right time across multiple sites.

We're looking for a Recruiter to support our Area Managers with high-volume seasonal recruitment across our Christmas photography sets. You'll help us find the elves, Chief Elves, and team who bring our sets to life - managing candidate communication, tracking progress through the recruitment pipeline, and ensuring every candidate has a warm, professional experience. This is a fast-paced, high-volume role. You'll work closely with Area Managers, Talent & Capability, and our central support functions to make sure we have the right people in the right places, at the right time.

Key responsibilities

Support Area Managers with high-volume recruitment across multiple sites

Assist with screening, shortlisting, and scheduling interviews

Manage candidate communication across phone, email, and recruitment platforms

Track candidate progress and ensure compliance requirements are met before onboarding

Maintain recruitment trackers and provide weekly progress updates

Coordinate with Admin to ensure timely onboarding and system entry

Ensure every candidate has a warm, professional experience – whether they're hired or not
