The role emphasizes recovery-oriented practice, collaboration, and a person-centered approach to care, with full-time hours and weekend rosters.

Qualifications

• Cert IV in mental health or related field is required.
• Experience in mental health supports is preferred.
• Lived experience of recovery valued.

Responsibilities

• Support people navigating mental distress to build independence.
• Help with life skills such as budgeting, cooking, transport planning.
• Provide emotional support and consistent, compassionate presence.
• Log notes and participate in team learning sessions.
