Job summary

Konekt is seeking a Rehabilitation Consultant to support clients on their recovery, return-to-work journeys and reintegration. You will work with clients, practitioners, employers and insurers to design targeted rehabilitation plans and track progress.

A collaborative and empathetic clinician with excellent communication will thrive, delivering tailored care across diverse settings while balancing competing priorities and schedules.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualifications in occupational therapy, physiotherapy or exercise physiology.
• Registration with AHPRA or ESSA as an EP.
• Pass a national criminal check and a current WWCC.

Responsibilities

• Assess clients’ rehabilitation needs after injury/illness across physical, ergonomic, psychosocial or functional domains.
• Co-design and deliver tailored rehabilitation plans with clients.
• Coordinate end-to-end cases with workplaces, healthcare providers and insurers.
